Individual Login of Zurich Advisor Portal - ZOOM (Updated: 2 Aug 2021)

  •  Effective from 2 Aug 2021, Zurich HK has launched a new portal – ZOOM for consultants to download forms and generate proposal.
  • How to Apply:
    • Please download ZOOM mobile app via https://life.zurich.com.hk/tc/distribution-partner-support/?download and register online.
    • You are required to enter the broker code and your IA license as user ID.
    • The full name must be the same as the name of your IA Licence.
    • The email address must be your email address of OnePlatform.
    • For Apple iOS device, you may receive an "Untrusted Enterprise Developer" message after download the app, please go to Settings > General > Device Management (this may also be called "Profile") to trust the developer first.
    • For details, please refer to the User Guide.
  • For TR record update, Client Consent Letter [C5] must be submitted together with internal transfer servicing right forms as required by Zurich (HK). Also, Consultant must register ZOOM before submitting the client consent letter to Zurich (HK). (Updated: 24 Jul 2024)
  • Zurich has ceased to accept request of ZAP account creation.
