User Guide of ManuTouch (Manulife Individual Login)
** Please be reminded that the old "eProposals" built in Manutouch will cease to operate after 3 Feb 2024 and proposal must be generated via Quick Quotation after that. If you have not yet obtained the access to Quick Quotation, please act now to register the new Manutouch login gateway (URL) to obtain the access to Quick Quotation (via the new Manutouch Login gateway). 提醒各位原本內置於 Manutouch 的舊有 "電子建議書系統" 即將於2024年2月3日後停止運作，此後必須以 Quick Quotation 製作建議書。如有仍未開通 Quick Quotation 的用戶，請立即登記 Manutouch 全新登入通道 (新鏈結)，以便可經新通道進入 Quick Quotation 製作建議書。
Important Notice:
- The new login gateway for Manutouch including quick access to Quick Quotation has been launched on 5 Nov 2023. Existing users are required to re-register via the Manutouch new login gateway (new URL) to access to the new gateway. Please refer to the below ManuTouch New Login Gateway User Guide for the details of launch arrangement, account registration and other related functions.

How to apply your Login Account?
- Create CS-General Service Log (Department = CS-General, Service Subject = Provider Website).
- Please indicate the name of insurance provider (i.e. Manulife) in the service log.
- By T+5 working days, the new ManuTouch Login ID and temporary password will be sent to consultant's via CS-General Service Log.
- Login to ManuTouch and activate the temporary password within 30 days upon the receipt of Login ID & password.

How to reset Login Password?
- Login to ManuTouch, click "Request Password".
- Fill in User ID and personal information. If the TR is holding another TR code in Manutouch, the new registration HKID number will be without “)”. For example, the HKID No A123456(1). For new TR Registration code will be A123456(1
- Click "Submit". Password will be sent to your registered e-mail shortly. (Updated: 21 Apr 2022)
How to register MPF license in Manulife - Technical Representative (TR) code? (Updated: 21 May 2021)
- For consultant who has only registered IA license before and now would like to register MPF license.
- Create CS-General Service Log (Department = CS-General, Service Subject = Provider Website).
- Please provide your (1) MPF Registration Number and (2) MPF Registration Date in the service log.
