How to apply your login account?
- Create CS General Service Log (Department = CS-General, Service Subject = Provider Website).
- Please indicate the name of insurance provider (i.e. China Pacific Life) in the service log.
- China Pacific Life will send an activation email to you after account created. Please click on the link to set your password within 7 days upon receipt of the email.
- Please DO NOT click on the "Register" link in the login page.
