- All required documents must be original or certified true copy. For all the certified true documents, please have them to be certified by suitable certifiers (e.g. insurance broker, lawyer, notary public or professional accountant) and please be reminded to include the wording "I confirm that this is a true copy of the original document" with the following information:
- Name of Certifier
- Signature of Certifier
- Company Name
- Date of Certification
- Address proof is not required unless it is required by Transamerica, or OnePlatform has to conduct further verification with the client’s identity. (Updated: 7 Feb 2018)
