Technical Representative (TR) Code and Login
Note: TR code registration and reset password are not accepted by Prudential until further notice.
Reset Password: (Suspended)
1. Submit eform through AES (Form code:BR0001 Reset Password - Admin User/ Commission Statement Download/ Technical Leader (TL) or Technical Representative (TR) Login). For details, please refer to the eForm User Guide. (Updated: 22 Oct 2020)
2. Upon receipt of the completed form, Prudential will send the new password to the TR’s registered email address.
3. Please mark the TR code on the form. If you forget your TR code, please send CS service log for enquiry. (Updated: 12 Apr 2024)
Assign Policy or Termination of Technical Representative (TR):
In case you cannot find a policy in AES which is under your servicing right, please send CS service log with the following information. CS team will inform Prudential to update their record.
