7. Self-Certification Form for Individual ([S4]) (For those non Hong Kong resident)
- An individual client will need to complete the new "Self-Certification Form for Individual if
1) he/she declares "Yes" in the Declaration relating to Automatic Exchange of Financial Account Information on application form; or 2) any of the CRS indicia listed above is found on application documents.
8. Address proof is not required unless it is required by FWD, or OnePlatform has to conduct further verification with the client’s identity. (Updated: 4 Dec 2017)
