Important Notice

  1. Before apply reinstatement, please refer to the Product Brochure to check if the plan can be reinstated or not.
  2. No reinstatement for any Life policy lapsed for 5 years or more. Please note there are special remarks for individual products, please refer to 5.6 Reinstatement of Policy Administration Manual for details. (Updated: 4 Jun 2020)
  3. Reinstatement for Pulsar II Investment Insurance Plan is allowed within 1 year from the date when the policy ceases to be in effect, except termination due to surrender. And NO reinstatement option for Signature II Investment Insurance Plan. (Updated: 4 Jun 2020)
  4. Reinstatement is not allowed for Global Elite Health Plan. (Updated: 23 Oct 2018)
  5. For Reinstatement request, it refers to policy with no longer inforce status. (Updated: 24 Oct 2018)

  It is subjected to AXA’s final decision if any further requirements.
