- No reinstatement for any Life policy lapsed for 5 years or more. Please note there are special remarks for individual products, please refer to 5.6 Reinstatement of Policy Administration Manual for details. (Updated: 4 Jun 2020)
- Reinstatement for Pulsar II Investment Insurance Plan is allowed within 1 year from the date when the policy ceases to be in effect, except termination due to surrender. And NO reinstatement option for Signature II Investment Insurance Plan. (Updated: 4 Jun 2020)
- Reinstatement is not allowed for Global Elite Health Plan. (Updated: 23 Oct 2018)
- For Reinstatement request, it refers to policy with no longer inforce status. (Updated: 24 Oct 2018)
