4. Post-Sale Call arrangement (Updated: 28 Feb 2017)

A. ILAS policy

Apart from the post-sale confirmation calls arranged to all policyowners for ILAS policies, with effective 1 February 2017, post-sale confirmation calls will be also conducted to:

(i) Procuring new issue ILAS policy with all riders for policyowner who is vulnerable customer only.

B. Non-ILAS policy

With effective 1 February 2017, post-sale confirmation calls will be conducted to:

(i) A vulnerable customer procuring new issue policy (except only term insurance)

(ii) A vulnerable customer apply rider addition to current policy (except only term insurance)

(iii) For suitability mismatch on Non-ILAS policy
