Important Notice
Premium will be auto-debited on the Auto-pay Date which is determined by the Premium Due Date

If the premium fails to be deducted on the Auto-pay Date, the owner will receive a Rejection Notice (for all payment modes) according to the above said schedule ("Received Date of Rejection Notice") informing the owner of unsuccessful deduction and advising him/her that CTF Life will make attempt to deduct the total overdue premium in next month provided the autopay account is still valid AND the date of 2nd transaction is within the Grace Period. However, if the autopay account is invalid or the date of 2nd transaction is beyond the Grace Period or unsuccessful deduction is resulted for the 2nd transactions again, the owner has to settle the overdue premium by other payment methods before Grace Period so as to keep the policy in force (Updated: 19 Mar 2014)
For example:
If premium due (policy commencement) on 7 Jul, the auto-pay date will set on 2 Jul (advance payment).
If the transaction on 2 Jul was failed, CTF Life will try to attempt the payment for Jul and Aug on 2 Aug.
If unsuccessful deduction is resulted for the 2nd transactions again, the owner has to settle the overdue premium by other payment methods before Grace Period.
