As all of the payment is made by Standing order instruction,
Client will transfer premium to Friends Provident account on the BSO set up date. The specified
date should be at least 14 working days or 3 calendar weeks from the date of submission.

DDA schedule (updated: 18 April 2011)
There are 4 collection runs for DDA (1st / 8th / 15th / 22nd of each month).
When a collection request has been unsuccessful, an e-mail notification will be issued to OnePlatform to follow up
with the client accordingly. Additionally, a daily reject summary is forwarded to the OnePlatform CS team so that the
necessary follow-up can be started without delay.
