Important Notice (DDA)
1. There are only 2 payment date for DDA
2. DDA Lodgment date will be either on 10th or 25th of every month.
And the actual deduction date will be depended on bank which normally within 5 working days.
3. For the policy issued on between 10th to 24th of a month, the DDA date will be 10th of each month
4. For the policy issued on between 25th to 9th of a month, the DDA date will be 25th of each month
5. Advance premium collection 3 times attempts for bank auto pay. If auto pay is rejected, re-debit
on next payment date. (updated: 5 March 2009)
Example A: If 10th debit 1 month premium but dishonor,
25th re- debit 1 month premium but dishonor,
10th re- debit 2 months premium
Example B: If 25th debit 1 month premium but dishonor,
10th re- debit 1 month premium but dishonor,
25th re- debit 2 months premium
Example 1
1. Consultant submits a clean application to NB on 12th March with 2 months initial payment.
2. OnePlatform will send the application to Blue on 13th March.
3. Blue issue policy on 17th March.
4. According to Important Notice #3, the first DDA date will be on 10th May
5. Client cannot make use of the grace period to pay the regular premium.
Example 2
1. Consultant submits a clean application to NB on 26th March with 2 months initial payments.
2. OnePlatform will send the application to Blue on 27th March.
3. Blue will issue policy on 31st March.
4. According to Important Notice #4, the first DDA date will be on 25th May
5. Client cannot make use of the grace period to pay the regular premium.
Example 3
1. Consultant submits a clean application to NB on 01st March with 2 months initial payments.
2. OnePlatform will send the application to Blue on 02nd March.
3. Blue will issue policy on 06th March.
4. According to Important Notice #4, the first DDA date will be on 25th April.
5. Client cannot make use of the grace period to pay the regular premium.
