  2. For US Dollars policy, the exchange rate is USD 1 to HKD 7.8.

(A)  Cash Payment

(B)  Cash Deposit / ATM

       1. Please make direct deposit in favour of The Pacific Life Assurance Co., Ltd. / 太平洋人壽保險有限公司 to one of our following bank accounts.

          2. After deposit, please fax your pay-in slip to (+852) 2876 0678 or e-mail to "[email protected]" with the policy number and name of insured for reference.

(C)  Cheque

  1. Cheque should be crossed and made payable to "The Pacific Life Assurance Co., Ltd." or "太平洋人壽保險有限公司" with the policy number and name of insured at the back of the cheque and send to our Company.
  2. Post-dated cheques are not accepted

(D)  Credit Card

  1. At Pacific Life’s office in Wan Chai
  2. Original and completed Credit Card Authorization Form has to be submitted
  3. Accept Visa / Mastercard only
  4. Accept Local credit card only
  5. Bank charge of 2.85% annualized first year premium of policy will be deducted from broker
  6. No bank charge for renewal premium
  7. Credit card payment is not applicable to "Thousand Protection" policies.

   (E)  Autopay (for renewal only)

  1. Accept saving account only
  2. Credit Card is not available for autopay
  3. The lodgment date shall be the first working day of the month

   (F) FPS Payment 
Client can use e-banking application and pay by "FPS Payment". Please type in "[email protected]" for payment account and the corresponding payment amount. Please also type in client’s English name or policy number (if any) in the "Remark" column before confirming the payment. After the payment, please use "screen capture" to make own record. (Updated:13 Aug 2020)
