Outstanding Payment - Utmost Worldwide

Quilter International policies do not apply to these forms, please get it via Service Log to principal.

For client using bank standing order (BSO) and HKD Utmost account

1.    Please collect cheque from your client with title Utmost Worldwide Limited. with outstanding payment amount. The cheque must be issued from your own client account and in HKD currency.

2.    Mark client full name, policy number, your staff code and Utmost missing payment on the back of the cheque.

4.    If client want to change the BSO account for payment, should fill in the Payment Instruction Form ([P2])  Please note that the following banks should use their own BSO forms: 

  • Bank of China
  • Bank of Communication
  • Bank of East Asia
  • Chong Hing Bank
  • Hang Seng Bank
  • Wing Lung Bank
  • Standard Chartered Bank

For other banks, client could use Utmost BSO form.  Utmost will normally submit any original payment form to the client's bank for processing.  However, the applicant(s) should confirm the above with their bank as this is beyond Utmost control.  (updated: 21 April 2013)  

For client using bank standing order (BSO) and USD Utmost account (updated:  19 April, 2011)

1.    Please collect cheque / bank draft from your client with title Utmost Worldwide Limited and outstanding payment amount.  

2.    The cheque / bank draft must be issued from the client account and in USD currency.  If possible, please collect the receipt from issued bank of the bank draft.   

3.    Mark client full name, policy number, your staff code and Utmost missing payment on the back of the cheque / bank draft with the receipt.

3.    If client want to change the credit card for payment, please fill the Payment Card Mandate Form ([C1])    

Payment methods for oversea client

Please be advised that all clients who live outside of Hong Kong should send money to Lloyds Bank with details in the 

Payment Instruction Form ([P2]) with immediate effect.  We will NOT be able to accept payments from non-HK residents who send money through their Hong Kong local bank accounts.  (updated:  28 April, 2011)
