Important Notice

- Application form must be delivered to FWD within 30 days (7 days for non-HKID holders) after the client signed the form, otherwise new application form should be signed. (Updated: 21 Jan 2021)
- FWD will not issue and dispatch policy first if the DDA form is missed or information is incomplete.
