Medical (VHIS) - HSBC Voluntary Health Insurance Flexi Plan / HSBC Voluntary Health Insurance Standard Plan (HSBC FNA out-scope product) (Launched on 02 Dec 2024)
Important Notice:
1. A clean case under simplified underwriting and no supplementary information further sought from HSBC Life should take 8-9 working daysfrom receipt of application to policy issuance, assuming that payment is made successfully upon underwriting greenlight is given.
2. All the new applications ( Applicable for all clients, including HK residents, PRC residents and oversea residents) should be submitted to HSBC Life within 30 days from the application sign date.
3. For PRC client, HSBC Life does not require client to do verification(MCV).
4. Please ensure that the fill in format of the submitted documents are consistent. If handwriting and computer input exist within the same document, it was not accepted by HSBC. Client’s countersign is required beside every inconsistent field.
