With signature of consultant, printed full name of consultant and dated
- Where a client is a non – HK permanent resident i.e. they have a standard HK ID card and not a permanent one (clearly seen by the words "permanent HK Resident" on the front) – we require a certified true copy of their primary travel document (passport) as well as their HKID card.
