- If client would like to have the policy sent to OnePlatform, he/she should mention in the written letter; otherwise the policy will be sent to his/her correspondence address accordingly.

2. HKD150 cheque payable to "Heng An Standard Life (Asia) Ltd" or PPS (if by PPS, please provide payment proof)
