Important Notice:

  1. Effective from Mar 1, 2023, consultant with active TR account, can submit NB application through IFA POS (智富保) App – eProposal App and eApplication App.​​​​​​​
  2. All NB application of Hong Kong residents should be submitted to SOD within 28 calendar days after submitted; While for PRC applicants, the applications must be submitted to SOD within 5 calendar days after submitted.
  3. E-submission NB submission workflow. Details, please refer to OnePortal Memo.(Updated: 08 Mar 2023)
  4. Please select “Y” for “Provider E-Application Indicator” and remark Policy number in client data form; submit internal documents to SOD counter or NB Drop Box for checking. (Updated: 11 Apr 2024)
