Important Notice
1. The premium holiday option is available to policy after completion of the Initial Contribution Period (of the Plan / of any premium increase) with a Surrender Value of at least USD3,000 / HKD24,990 / GBP2,000 / EUR2,700 / JPY399,990 and is able to support charges due in the selected period.
2. If charges cannot be sustained or the Surrender Value falls below USD150 / HKD1,250 / GBP100 / EUR135/ JPY20,000 (whichever happens first), the Plan will lapse and all benefits will cease.
3. During the premium holiday period, Utmost will continue to deduct all fees and charges due from the value of the Plan.
4. The maximum duration of each premium holiday is 12 months.

Request for Premium Holiday
1. A letter of Requesting Premium Holiday with specify the start and end dates. (Updated: 05 Oct 2015)
*Premium holiday will be applied for 3 months if END Date is not specified.

3. If client likes to confirm the start/end dates of the premium holiday after submitting the Letter of Request: (Updated: 5 Oct 2015)
a. within 1 month from sign date: consultant can confirm the premium holiday end date by Service Log
b. more than 1 month from sign date: submit client’s instruction with client’s signature.

Client is No need to stop DDA instruction. Utmost will stop taking contribution from clients bank account starting from the month of taking contribution holiday.

Client is need to stop banker's standing order by the client.
