Fund Switching - Heng An Standard Life

Important Notice

1. Client may place fund switching/redirection order via e-Service or by paper form by completing the Investment Choice Change Form and signed by the policy owner(s)/assignee(s).

2. Please read the Heng An Standard Life fund switching schedule for your reference.

3. Fund switching/redirection can be placed on individual account basis or to all accounts

4. Switch-out by Percentage or by units in whole number - please clearly indicated on the form.

5. Switch-in by percentage only, all funds must add up to 100%

6.  For redirection, all funds must add up to 100%, minimum of 10% for each fund 

7.  Fund redirection applicable for regular contribution plan only 

8.  Fund switching will NOT be processed if the selected investment choice (s) is/are relating to another processing instruction. 

9. Switching between currency Cash Accounts is not permitted (For Harvest Supreme, Harvest Wealth and Aspire only)

Remarks:

1.      For Email, client has to indicate "Fund switching/redirection" on the email subject line

2.      For online platform, client is required to register the service first.

3.      Daily cut off time: HK 3:00 p.m.

  • Please write the fund code clearly
  • For joined named policy, both policy owners MUST be signed on Fund Switching Form
  • For fund choices applicable to each particular plan, please refer to Heng An Standard Life website

           > Fund Option – applicable for Harvest 101 and WAM

           > Fund Option Plus – applicable for Harvest Supreme, Harvest Wealth and Aspire

            Processing time for Fund Switching            

Business Day Process
Day 1 Heng An Standard Life receives request form SOD before 12:00 pm (drop box) or 2:00 pm (counter service)
Day 2 Process the redemption from the fund house
Day 3 Confirm the redemption by using the unit price of day 2
Day 4 Place order for subscription
Day 5 Confirm the subscription by using the unit price of day 4
Day 6 Prepare confirmation to client and information updated in website
