Important Notice
1. The client should have a maximum 10 funds in the account. (please note if the plan is a regular paying plan and is still paying, then the funds in the redirection will also count toward the 10 fund count)
2. After Friends receives fund switching / re-direction request, they will send confirmation letter to client and OnePlatform by post (depend on the mailing rule set out by the client in the application stage). If your client/you find any errors, you can request back-dating of fund switching / re-direction within one month from the date shown on letter. Friends will not provide such special arrangement after the deadline.
3. No charge for fund switching / Redirection and no limitation of number of request per year.
4. Redirection will be on effect from next month contribution. If you want the re-direction being effective in next contribution, you should submit the form at least 1 business days before the next contribution date.
5. The completed form should be signed and sent to FPI no later than 14 days. (Updated: 16 Jul 2020)
6. Please note no switch will take place if IOM is on holiday.
7. Please note that FPI operate on a 1 switch, per policy, per day basis and all the percentages in the "Switch In" area of the form must equal to 100 when added together. (Updated: 15 May 2020)
