Where a client is a non – HK permanent resident i.e. they have a standard HK ID card and not a permanent one (clearly seen by the words "permanent HK Resident" on the front) – we require a certified true copy of their primary travel document (passport) as well as their HKID card. (need the page with all the personal details and photo) (updated; 28 Mar 2012)
Procedure
1. Submit all the required documents to CS Drop Box.
2. If you do not receive any confirmation, please send service request to CS for checking the status.
If you would like to get the valuation for client review, based on your special request, CS can request Utmost to send the valuation report provided that all the required documents have submitted to Utmost.
