Important Notice
1. For External Transfer agent case, client’s written request is required with information includes the "policy number", "new PIBA in OnePlatform" and "New Consultant name in OnePlatform".
2. For Internal Transfer agent case, operations of OnePlatform will prepare an excel spreadsheet for Heng An Standard Life (Asia) Limited (SL) to perform "Change of TR"request, main information includes the "policy number", "new PIBA in OnePlatform" and "New Consultant name in OnePlatform".
3. Operations of OnePlatform needs to email the spreadsheet to CS ([email protected]) of SL for processing first and original letter sign by RO with company chop would be submitted to SL on the next working day.
4. For cut off time, please refer to the cut-off time table. For Heng An Standard Life (Asia) Limited (SL), daily cut off time is HK business day before 3 pm received by SL.
