External Transfer in - Friends

Important Notice  (Updated: 25 Aug 2020)

1. In joint policy case, all policyholders must sign on the request letter.
2. For joint policy case, a Client Agreement is must for each client (if applicable).
3. If policy is under trust, all trustees must sign the request letter.

3.    Certified HKID copy  (Please certify the identity proof with the word "COPY" marked across the image, and with signature of consultant, printed full name of consultant.) (Updated: 25 Aug 2020)

5.     If policy is assigned to a bank, we require bank authorization before we can change agent.   (Updated: 16 April 2009)

If you would like to get the valuation for review, base on your request, CS can request Friends Provident to send the valuation report before the confirmation letter received, provided that copy of the required true copy of documents have been faxed to Friends Provident.
