Important Notice
1. Most AIA forms should be submitted to SOD within 10 calendar days after sign date of client.
2. According to AIA Guidelines:
a) If a policy was originally produced by a broker/ IFA, servicing agent cannot be changed to an AIA agent.
b) If a policy was originally produced by an AIA agent, servicing agent cannot be changed to a broker/ IFA.

3. For capital saver with term 21 yrs or above, restriction period of transferring servicing agent is 18 months after the policy date.
4. For Capital Saver with term 5-20 yrs, restriction period of transferring servicing agent is 12 months after the policy date.
5. For capital builder, transferring servicing agent is applicable anytime
6. All the form details must be filled in ENGLISH.
7. AIG accept original printed copy, photocopy or printed copy from our own printer. (Updated: 4 March 2009)
8. Must state clearly in the request of (1) the reason of the change (2) broker code of new agent
for ILAS plan: 61463
for LIFE plan: 61462
9. Policy number must be filled on all AIA POS Request for Change Form, otherwise, AIA will not process the request and will return the request form. (Updated: 15 Mar 2017)

3. Certified true copy of HKID with signature of consultant, printed full name of consultant
4. Address proof is not required unless it is required by AIA, or OnePlatform has to conduct further verification with the client’s identity. For PRC clients, according to the MCV guidelines, if customers declare their correspondence address is in Hong Kong, address proof is required. (Updated: 24 Oct 2017)
