Discretionary Portfolio Management Services (DPMS) - OnePlatform

Starting from 1 April 2022, OnePlatform Asset Management (OAM) has been providing its Discretionary Portfolio Management Services (DPMS) to ILAS Policies distributed and to be serviced by OnePlatform Wealth Management Limited (OWM).

OAM is the investment manager for Global Portfolio Solutions, which partners with Wilshire Associates (Wilshire®), a global leader in risk management and portfolio design, in the selection of high conviction fund managers and mutual funds for the portfolios.

A. DPMS Opt-in

Important Notes:

  1. Consultant must explain the relationship between OAM and OWM to customers with this “Disclosure Statement”.
  2. Version 20221220 update with immediately effect.

Disclosure Declaration (Updated: 06 May 2022)

Important Notes:

  1. If customer applies DPMS/ DMS service from more than one principal at the same time, and the investment style across those policies are the same, only one DPMS application form is needed to be filled.
  2. Disclosure Declaration is required to be submitted together with the DPMS application. (Updated: 29 Apr 2022)
3 Principal Authorization Form

Important Notes:

  1. Customer signature should be the same as principals’ record.

AXA: Effective from 14 March 2025, AXA no longer accept new DPMS request for Pulsar Investment Insurance Plan series.

Friends:

The sign date and the received date of the form must be within 14 days

CTF Life:

One form ONLY for one policy. The sign date and the received date of the form must be within one month.

If the policy owner or the insured holds a PRC Resident Identity Card and/or lives in mainland China, they are required to fill in the

“Personal Information Collection Statement” [The People’s Republic of China Addendum] (Sample), if the insured aged 18 below, to be filled in by the

C. DPMS Opt-out​​​​​​​

Important Notes:

  1. If customer quit DPMS/ DMS service from more than one principal at the same time, one form shall be completed for each principal.
  2. The actual DPMS opt-out date is the following working day of principal confirmation date (i.e. written confirmation from principal about the completion of Opt-out). DPMS shall continue before this date, including portfolio switching. DPMS and its charges shall be terminated after this date (the date of charge of each principal is slightly different, subject to the principal).

It takes approximately 14 business days for each principle to handle DPMS Opt-out. If consultant wants to know the progress of a customer's DPMS Opt-out, please issue a Service Log to "DTD -DPMS".
