Important Notice
The ownership of Cigna Worldwide Life Insurance Company Limited (“Cigna Life”) was transferred to the Chubb group in July 2022 and Cigna Life had been renamed to “Chubb Life Insurance Hong Kong Limited”. The policies originally under Cigna Life have already been transferred to one of the following companies: (1) Chubb Life Insurance Hong Kong Limited or (2) Cigna Worldwide General Insurance Company Limited. Meanwhile, please note that Chubb Life Insurance Hong Kong Limited and Chubb Life Insurance Company Limited are two different entities currently. To avoid using incorrect provider’s form and information, it is suggested you send Service Log to check the latest policy information. (Updated: 12 Apr 2024)
1. Written notice of claim should be given to Cigna's Customer Fulfillment Claim (CFC) within 30 days after the
occurrence or commencement of any loss covered.
2. Receipt & Discharge
Beneficiary(ies) should duly sign and return the Receipt and Discharge to the company for record keeping to
acknowledge the claim payment and to verify that the company liability is fully discharged.
3. Identity card copy is not required for claims request normally, however, Cigna reserve the right to request this document on a case-by-case basis. (Updated: 18 Jun 2021)
