Importance Notice
1. Most documents should be submitted to SOD within 26 calendar days after sign date of client.
2. For security reason, do not copy and send the back page of credit card to SOD/Zurich. (Updated: 6 Dec 2013)
From Standing order / Direct Debit to Credit Card
1. Credit Card Charge
For Vista II, the credit card charge is 2%
For Vista III, the credit card charge is 2%
2. Procedure

Fill in Method of Payment Form ([M2])

Specify the month of contribution starting to pay by credit card at the top right hand corner of the credit card form.

The start date should be at least 3 weeks later from the submission date.

If the original payment method is DDA, client is NOT required to inform his bank to cancel the DDA.

Zurich will stop the DDA once the method of payment is completed.

If original payment by BSO, client is required to inform his bank and cancel the standing order by himself.
From Banker's Standing Order / Credit card to Direct Debit
1. Charge
No extra charge by Zurich but the bank will charge the client directly.
2. Procedure

Fill in Method of Payment Form ([M2])

Specify the month of contribution starting to pay by credit card at the top right hand corner.

The start date should be at least 4 weeks later from the submission date.

If original payment by Credit Card, client is not required to cancel credit card payment instruction.

Zurich will stop using credit card once the payment method is changed.

If original payment by BSO, client is required to inform his bank and cancel the standing order by himself.
From Credit card / Direct Debit to Standing order
1. Charge
No extra charge by Zurich but the bank will charge the client directly.
2. Procedure

For HSBC, please complete the Method of Payment Form ([M2])

For Hang Seng Bank, you have to use Hang Seng's own standing insturcution.

If original payment by credit card, client is NOT required to cancel the credit card payment instruction.

Zurich will stop to use credit card payment once the change of method of payment request was processed.

If original payment by DDA, client is NOT required to inform his bank and cancel the direct debit instruction by himself. Zurich will stop to use the DDA once the change of method of payment request was processed.
Change of Payment Frequency (Updated: 11 Oct 2017)
Please submit a written letter from the policy owner to confirm the change of frequency. Please note the frequency change must coincide with the policy anniversary.
1) Change to monthly – can be changed anytime.
2) Change to annually – can be changed during anniversary only.
3) Change to bi-yearly – can be changed on 1st or 7th month of each policy year.
4) Change to quarterly – can be changed during 1st, 4th, 7th, 10th month of each policy year.
Example:
If the policy was commenced since 1 June 2016,
1) The frequency can be changed to monthly anytime.
2) The frequency can be changed to annually in June of each policy year only.
3) The frequency can be changed to bi-yearly in June or December of each policy year.
4) The frequency can be changed to quarterly in March, June, September or December of each policy year.
