Cancellation - Utmost Worldwide

Quilter International policies do not apply to these forms, please get it via Service Log to principal.

Important Notice

1.  If you submit cancellation letter after the cooling-off period, SOD will not accept the letter and send it to Utmost.  You should ask the client to apply for Surrender. Please note policies still within the clients Initial Contribution Period are unlikely to have a Surrender Value. 

2.  Please submit the whole set of policy document and cancellation letter to SOD counter directly. 

Cooling Off Time  

Within the earliest of 21 days from the date of (a) delivery of the Policy or (b) issue of a notice informing the client OR client's representative (OnePlatform) about the availability of the Policy and the expiry date of the cancellation rights described in the policy provision.  Please note that the first date of receipt of policy document by OnePlatform is already counted as Day 1. 

Checklist

1.    Cancellation Letter

2.    CS eform

3.    If policy has been issued, please submit the whole set of original policy

4.    Inform client to cancel BSO with the bank directly. (If applicable)
