1. All NB application of Hong Kong residents should be submitted to SOD within 14 calendar days after submitted.
2. Please remark “e-submission” and Policy number in client data form.
3. NB supplementary documents is not allowed to submit through iPoS, please submit original documents to POS drop box for pending items follow up of iPoS NB cases.
