Important Notice
1. When the client has outstanding payment, the client should receive outstanding payment reminder from FPI.
2. If policy is outstanding more than 3 months within initial ICP, the policy will auto-lapse.
3. If policy is outstanding more than 3 months after ICP completed, policy is put on a 6 month premium holiday. Upon the completion of the 6 months, FPI will email OnePlatform to ask for client’s intention. (updated: 18 April 2011)
For Client using Bank Standing Order (BSO) and HKD Friends account
1. Please collect cheque from your client, payable to "Friends Provident international Ltd." with outstanding
payment amount. The cheque must be issued from your own client account and in HKD currency.
2. Mark client full name, policy number, your staff code and Friends missing payment on the back of the cheque.

For Client using Bank Standing Order (BSO) and USD Friends account
1. Please collect cheque from your client with title Friends Provident international Ltd and outstanding payment amount. The cheque must be issued from your own client account and in USD currency.
OR
Please collect a bank draft form your client with title Friends Provident international Ltd l and outstanding payment amount. The bank draft must be issued from your own client account and in USD currency.
Please collect the receipt from issued bank of the bank draft which shows the client account name and bank account number.
2.Mark client full name, policy number, your staff code and Friends missing payment on the back of the bank draft with the receipt.
