Important Notice
1. All the form details must be filled in ENGLISH.
2. Depends on products, different product have different minimum amount. For Quantum, Momentum policy, the minimum is £500 / USD750 / HKD6000 / JPY85000 / EUR750. Different policy have different maximum withdrawal amount, it depends on the accumulation unit that the clients have.
3. There is no penalty for maximum withdrawal. Client is allowed to write the wording "Maximum Amount" on the request form.
4. Client is allowed to choose specific fund for partial withdrawal.
5. For Payment Instruction, BACS is only for a UK account, and this is not available for Hong Kong policies, the client can only use TT or cheque.
6. The processing time is 5-10 working days. However, if the payment method is cheque, it may take around 3 weeks times as the cheque will be issued by IOM office.
7. For SMI policy enquiry, please contact Scottish Mutual International Head office in Dublin as SMI is no longer under RL360.
