Important Notice
1. Decrease of regular premium is allowed after the ICP contribution.
2. Unless specified, the fund allocation will be remained unchanged.
3. For old Blue GSA policy, the minimum contribution amount is HKD2,000.00 (updated: 12 July 2011)
4. For new Blue GSA policy, the minimum contribution amount is HKD1,500.00
5. The submission of document must be within 1 month from the sign date.
