OnePlatform CS will inform you the TR Code and AES login with password through CS-General Service Log after receiving the result from YF Life.
2. To register your TR code and PRC internal License with YF Life, please follow the below procedure:

2) Consultant to read the PRC Training Material 2019
3) Consultant sign the PRC Sales Acknowledgement Form and submit via Service Log (No original document is needed) (If you already have existing TR code, just submit the signed PRC Sales Acknowledgement Form)

4) If you already have existing TR code, you should login to AES and check your internal PRC license status (AES > Home > Personal Reminder > Internal Authorization). You will NOT receive any notification since the result will only be updated in AES by YF Life.
Default Password: mm + HKID number (e.g. mmZ123****) (First letter of the HKID number is Capital Letter).
5) To reset AES password, please create CS-General Service Log, admin team will send reset AES password request to [email protected] directly.
