Sun Life Financial - Individual Login for Consultant

SunSurf – consultant portal (Insurance)

  • Provide comprehensive company, product and administration information and guidelines.
  • Provide policy and customer information.

SunSmart – new proposal system available from 01 March 2019（SunPro – proposal system is no longer to use）（Updated：25 Aug 2020）

  • Generate illustrations
  • Must have your own login account of SunSurf before installing SunSmart.
  • SunSmart (Windows Version) can be downloaded via SunSurf and have it installed in computers.
  • Download Path: SunSurf > Sales Aid & Sales Related Forms > SunSmart Windows & Cloud Version (SI only).

For first time login, please “click Sign up” to register the account with the broker code and registered OWM email address. Then you will be diverted to the password set up with your One-time Password sent to your registered email address.

    A. To apply individual login of SunSurf.

  • Create service log (Department = CS-General, Service Subject = Other)
  • To apply individual login of Sun Life for the first time: (1) Create CS General Service Log (Department = CS-General, Service Subject = Provider Website); (2) Please provide principal name, consultant full name and staff code in the log.
  • Consultant will receive his / her own user ID and password via email from Sun Life in 4 working days.

   B. To reset password for SunSurf and SunSmart （Updated：25 Aug 2020）

  • For SunSurf, the password can be reset by clicking "Forgot your Password" in the login page. After verification, the password reset link will be sent to the company email address of the consultant.
  • For SunSmart, its login id and password are share with SunSurf's, when SunSurf change password, SunSmart will be followed.​​​​​​​
