Important Notice
1. Minimum amount of fund switching
For GSA/GIA, the minimum amount is HKD10,000 per fund switch means the min. amount required for each switching request.
For new GSA, launched on 17 Jan 2011, the minimum amount of fund switch is HKD5000 per fund switch means the min. amount required for each switching request.
Please do not confuse that it is the minimum amount for a single fund.
2. Redirection will be on effect from next premium due.
3. No charge for fund switching / Redirection and No limitation of number of request per year.
4. All the form details must be filled in ENGLISH.
5. The submission of document must be within 1 month from the sign date
6. Fund name must be matched with fund code and please read the Fund Purchase Procedures Procedure of Blue for your reference.
7. The switching out of " I " units only, CANNOT be processed by Blue.
8. Please be aware of the Blue Amalgamation of ABN AMRO Funds. If client logged a request of Partial Withdrawal and Fund Switch on the same form, Blue will process Partial Withdrawal, then fund switching afterwards. (email by Blue 30 Oct)
9. Fund switching/ redirection will be on hold if any previous related fund transaction is in process.
10. Concurrent fund switching and partial withdrawal request
According to Blue's current practice, whenever partial withdrawal and switching requests are submitted on the same business day or in one application form, partial withdrawal request will be processed ahead of fund switching under normal circumstances. Blue reserve the right to amend the above practice from time to time in accordance with change of business needs or internal procedures.

Remarks:
1) For online platform, client is required to register the service first.
2) Daily cut off time:
- HK 3:00 p.m. for Fax or Post
- HK 2:00 p.m. for Online fund switch and redirection

The client should also submit a copy of his/ her most updated identification document to Blue together with their policy service request unless the same has been submitted before.
