Important Notice

1) The application documents (HK case) need to be submitted to OnePlatform within 10 calendar days after application sign date.  The application documents (HK case) need to be received by Tahoe Life within 14 calendar days after application sign date.  Tahoe daily cut off time is 4:00 pm.

2) The application documents (PRC case) need to be submitted to OnePlatform within 5 calendar days after PRC verification.  The application documents (PRC case) need to be received by Tahoe Life within 7 calendar days after application sign date.

3) Nationality:  HK resident & Non-HK resident applicant

4) Currency – USD only

5) Exchange rate – please refer to www.tahoelife.com.hk for daily exchange rate.  Exchange rate use will be based on the actual receipt date of the payment by Tahoe Life.

6) Tahoe Life products are applicable to countries other than Hong Kong and Mainland China.  Please refer to Tahoe Underwriting Guideline (Broker Version) for details.

7) All samples provided in OnePortal are for REFERENCE only, consultant must fill in all forms with client’s latest information provided. The reference products recommended should be on OnePlatform’s shelf by the time you make the recommendation. No same provider’s products should be recommended unless there are no other suitable products from other providers. (Updated: 19 Nov 2019)

4. Address proof is not required unless it is required by Tahoe Life, or OnePlatform has to conduct further verification with the client’s identity.

(a). At OnePlatform’s office by Tahoe Staff. Please contact Tahoe Life Brokerage
