For initial premium, Generali accept it paid by company cheque issued by policyholder’s company if proof can be provided that he/she owns over 50% of the company.
Besides, a "Special Arrangement of Premium Payment Application Form ([S1])" is needed to submit if payment exceeding HKD120,000 (or equivalent) per policy year (Refer to Underwriting Manual point 2.4 of page 9 for details.)
For renewal premium, if premium paid by company cheque issued by policyholder’s company, also need to submit proof that he/she owns over 50% of the company as well as Special Arrangement of Premium Payment Application Form ([S1]).

Credit Card Payment:

- Credit Card Payment Authorization Form ([C2]). Credit Card Autopay to pay regular payment is no longer available, except for new application for Generali Supreme Gold Plan. The Proposed Policyholder applying for Generali Supreme Gold Plan opts to make the regular payment through credit card autopay, please complete a Credit Card Payment Authorization Form and submit to us together with the application form.(Updated: 4 May 2021)
- Revision of Credit Card Payment – Regular Premium Payment. Starting from 13 September 2021, customer will be charged an additional administration fee (2%) when the regular premium payment for all products is made via Credit Card (VISA/Master Card or Union Pay Card). The customer who are now paying premium payment with Credit Card Autopay can be waived and no need pay the administration fee (2%).

Payment Schedule for Autopay (For both policy numbers start with 83xxxx and 87xxxx ) (Updated: 10 Dec 2018)
- Premium collection for Direct Debit Authorization (DDA):
- Debit Date is subject to change due to particular business arrangement.
- If it is a 31 day of the month and the policy effective date is on the 7th, the debit date will be rescheduled to 20th of the same month.
b> Premium collection for Credit Card Direct Debit (CCD):
- Debit Date is subject to change due to particular business arrangement.
Points to note:
- Double lodgment is NOT applicable for DDA or CCD.
- If billing fails in 1st attempt, re-billing will be processed in the next cycle. E.g. in case 1st attempt in cycle 1 fails, re-billing will be processed in cycle 2. A Premium Notice will be issued to Policyholder for the corresponding arrangement.
- If billing fails 2nd attempt, Generali will issue Premium Reminder to Policyholder to advise the Policyholder to remit the outstanding premium into designated bank account
