Important Notice
1. AIA forms and illustration should be submitted to SOD within 10 calendar days after sign date of client.
2. The minimum Single Premium top-up amount is USD4,000.
3. Policy number must be filled on all AIA POS Request for Change Form, otherwise, AIA will not process the request and will return the request form. (Updated: 15 Mar 2017)
4. Top up premium will not be allowed after Policy Anniversary immediately following the insured at age 71 (for Treasure Master Plus)

Non-HK Permanent Resident (Additional Documents)
1. AIA HK shall require the following identity documents of the applicant who holds a HKID card but has not obtained the Hong Kong Permanent Resident status. (Client have to re-submit ID if no valid Copy of identification document in captioned policy)
- HKID card copy and,
- A valid travel document (e.g. an unexpired international passport, Exit-entry Permit for travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macau for Official Purposes, etc). or
- A relevant national identity card bearing the individual's photograph; or
- Any government or state-issued document which certifies nationality.
For Overseas Client - Exclude PRC Client / Macau ID Holder (Additional Documents)

The cheque must be from the policy owner bank account with the investment amount.
AIA is accepted the cheque payee name as " AIA International Limited" / "AIA Hong Kong" (updated: 18 Feb 2014)
The debit amount is in HK currency. The exchange rate (HKD / USD) can be checked in AIA's website.

Special Case
Financial Health Check Form is needed if the basic insurance plan is :
Annualized premium is HK$20,000 or above; or
Single premium is HK$200,000 or above; or
Sum insured is HK$2,000,000 or above.
If in other currency, based on exchange rates at the date of application is completed.
