Important Notice

2. For Change of Policy Owner, please refer to Policy Administration Manual section 3.21 for details and updated requirements.  (Updated: 24 Apr 2013)

3. The sign date should be after the effective date of coverage; All signed document should return to YF Life within 5 working days after sign date and return the completed form to SOD 2 working days before the deadline(Updated: 9 Jan 2018)

4.  For PRC client who applies Assignment or Change of Ownership, mainland client verification (認證) is required, please refer to PRC Business - Operations Guide section 4.3 for details and updated requirements.

Payment method 

 Please refer to New Business Administrative Manual Section 7. Premium Payment Procedures                                                                     

 Direct Debit is the only method for YF Life to accept future contribution.

 Direct Debit Authorisation (G07) ([D1]), see the Bank Code Table to check the bank code

 Two (2) months premium in cheque payable to YF Life Insurance International Ltd.

 If there is outstanding payment, the assignee should prepare a cheque with outstanding amount and payable to YF Life Insurance International Ltd. (from the assignee)
