Important Notice
1. Annual Dividend is declared at the policy anniversary day; it will be used to repay any outstanding loan automatically.
2. Dividend can be withdrawn only when the premium of the 2nd year has been paid in full.
3. Guaranteed Cash Endowment is declared according to policy provision; it will be used to repay any outstanding loan automatically.
4. For DMS series: Guaranteed Cash Endowment declared will be invested according to the Investment Fund Allocation Instruction in effect.
Checklist
1. Cash Withdrawal / Policy Loan Application ([C3])

3. Owner's ID card copy
4. Bank account proof - for payment amount under HKD1,000,000 (except oversea client/ payment by cheque made in foreign currency or payment amount large than HKD1,000,000).
General Guideline
1. Specify full or partial withdrawal. For partial withdrawal, please state the amount to be withdrawn.
2. For policy with foreign currency, payment currency must be stated.
- 2.1 If payment currency is USD, please state clearly the cheque is to be honored in HK or overseas.
- 2.2 If payment currency is not specified, the cheque will be issued in HKD.
3. Delivery method must be stated. If not specified, cheque would be mailed to client.
