Important notes:
- Generali suggests to inform by phone first when the Insured becomes Totally and Permanently Disabled
- Written notice should be submitted to Generali within 180 days from the diagnosis date ofthe Total and Permanent Disability
- Generali reserves the right to have the Insured medically examined by their appointed Medical Practitioner.
