How to apply your ZAP / ZIO login account?
- Zurich has stopped to accept new request of ZAP account since May 2021.
- To apply individual login of ZAP or ZIO, please send your request through CS General Service Log (Department = CS-General, Service Subject = Provider Website).
- Please state clearly in the service log which application you would like to apply for (ZIO / ZAP / Both).
- For ZIO, Zurich will send the login information to your company email address after the login account has been created. Please be reminded to login within 72 hours upon receipt of the confirmation email. You are required to set your own PIN (Memorable Number).
- For ZAP, OnePlatform’s operation team will send the login information to your company email address.
How to unlock your ZAP / ZIO login account?
- Please send your request through CS General Service Log (Department = CS-General, Service Subject = Provider Website) to unlock your account.
What should you do if forgot your password?
- For ZAP, please click "Forgot Password" on the login page to reset your password.
- For ZIO, please click "I've locked or forgotten my login details" on the login page to reset your password. Please be noted that you will be asked to answer your security question. If you failed to do so, you need to send your request through CS General Service Log (Department = CS-General, Service Subject = Provider Website) to reset your account.
