The Loyalty Program allows selected customers who are affected by the premium increase to cancel their current HG, HC, HD, HP, HB, HN and purchase a new ManuGuard basic plan or rider at the same plan level without providing the evidence of insurability.
In general to be eligible for the program, customers must have a clean claim record on their existing plan in the past six months from the date that Manulife first notify them of the premium increase. There are also other criteria that would exclude customers from being eligible other than the claim record. Customers will be notified in the letter informing them of their premium increase and benefit upgrade if they are eligible for the LP.

For ManuGuard Medical Plan (Basic Plan)
