Important Notice
1. Short-Term Arrangement on Fund Switching CTF Life FAQ for reference.
The above FAQ was provided by CTF Life. Hence, all information provided therein are regarding on CTF Life operation only.
The CTF Life Cut-off time as stated in the above FAQ is regarding on CTF Life operation.
2. CTF Life allows an unlimited number of free switches between investment choices and the minimum
switching amount is not less than 1% of the policy account value. (updated: 2 Sept 09)
3. Form should be submitted within 26 calendar days to OnePlatform.
4. If client’s risk profile updated, a new RPQ should be submitted before conducting fund switching request.
It will not be processed both if updated risk profile RPQ and fund switching request were submitted at same time. (Updated: 07 Jul 2021)
5. Client is not allowed to submit any fund switch/ reallocation instruction by fax or "Reach CTF Life" or "BOSS Customer e-Service" if a policy joint

Remarks:
1) For online platform, client is required to register the service first.
2) Daily cut off time: HK 3:00 p.m.
3) For submission channel (Client > CTF Life) no need to fill in Name of the IFA Company, IFA Company Code and IFA Company Telephone No.(Updated: 24 Jun 2021)
4) RPQ (Risk Profile Questionnaire) must be submitted by original.(Updated: 24 Jun 2021)

If client submits switching-in/allocation request to denotes an investment choice linked to an underlying derivative fund (DFIC), his request will not be proceeded unless CTF Life has received the New RPQ for check on the above derivative knowledge and experience requirement. In addition, in this case of switching into DFIC, CTF Life shall also carry out suitability check on the client’s last known risk tolerance level against risk level of investment choice to be switched into to ensure that there is no mismatch.
