Important Notice
1. A maturity campaign letter will be sent to client 2 months prior to the maturity date.
2. The Policy Maturity Advice issued on the Maturity Date will be sent to client informing client of maturity value details.
3. Annuity Certain option for AXAHK specific plans, Super Saver and Goal Achiever 15.
- submit written request two months before the Benefit Expiry Date
- state number of years (10 or 15 years) for regular installments
4. PolicyTransfer of maturity payment to investment-linked policies is NOT allowed.
5. If the policy is fully paid up and client's age is not reached to maturity age, client just need to follow surrender procedure. (Updated: 15 Apr 2021)
Checklist
1. Written notice from Owner
2. CS eform
3. Owner's ID card copy
4. Return original policy document or Declaration for Lost of The Original Policy
5. Bank account proof - for payment amount under HKD1,000,000 (except oversea client/ payment by cheque made in foreign currency or payment amount large than HKD1,000,000).
General Guideline
- For policy with foreign currency, payment currency must be stated.
1.1 If payment currency is USD, please state clearly the cheque is to be honored in HK or overseas.
1.2 If payment currency is not specified, the cheque will be issued in HKD. - Delivery method must be stated. If not specified, cheque would be mailed to client.
