Decrease Premium - CTF Life

Important Notice

1.  Change of regular premium will be effective after the ICP contribution.

2.  Unless specified, the fund allocation will be remained unchanged.

3.  After reduction in Regular Premium, owner may request to increase the subsequent premium up to the Original Regular Premium by sending CTF Life the service form.

Subject to follow the below requirements (Updated: 12 Oct 2015)

i.  The policy owner is required to submit the “Investment Linked Insurance Service Request Form” by completing “Section 5 – Remarks” to indicate: (1) “To resume regular premium to original amount” and (2) state the amount of Annual Regular Premium in Policy Currency.

ii.  The insurance broker is required to notify / remind the policy owner if there is any changes or impact (e.g. change of certain rights to the insurance policy; the financial impact, such as charges) that would affect the policy owner due to this resumption. Therefore, a broker memo to confirm that he/she has explained to the policy owner of the financial impact due to this resumption of premium back to the original level after a reduction and the policy owner understoodcompletely.

4.  Form should be submitted within 26 calendar days to OnePlatform
