Important Notice:

1. Effective from 16 Jul 2024, consultant with active ePOS account, can submit NB application through ePOS.​​​​​​​

2. All NB application (except MCV) should be submitted to SOD within 25 calendar days after signed.

3. MCV NB applications should be submitted to SOD within 5 calendar days after signed.

4. E-submission NB submission workflow. Details, please refer to One Portal Memo.

5. For NB documents submitted through ePOS, please add remarks “E-submission” and policy number on ARCH eForm and submit internal documents to SOD counter or NB Drop Box for checking.

How to apply your login account?

  1. Send your request through Service Log (CS General) to create your individual login.
  2. The user ID and password will be sent to you through email.
  3. You are advised to change your default password immediately after your first login.

How to reset your user password?

  1. Send your request through Service Log (CS General) to reset password.
  2. The new password will be sent to you through email.
