To enjoy and experience the comprehensive services under OnePlatform right away, CFS customers are cordially invited to transfer the servicing right of their existing Life Insurance Policies and/or MPF Schemes from CFS to OWM starting from 1 April 2022.
A. Important Notes
- Special arrangement for transferring the serving right from CFS to OWM ("External Transfer-in") starts from 1 April 2022.
- Only the existing servicing consultant (with dual license) of the CFS customer can handle the External Transfer-in.
- The Company has issued a customer communication to relevant CFS customers on 30 March 2022, including the Notice of Reassignment (“NrA”). If the customer has not received this customer communication, consultant may redeliver the full set of documents and collect an Acknowledgement of Receipt from the customer. In that case, customer is NOT required to sign an OWM Client Agreement during External Transfer-in. The full set of documents include:
- Customer must sign an OWM Client Agreement (“OWM CA”):
- If no receipt record of “NrA” (NrA indicator is located in ARCH > CFS > Client Management); or
- Upon new business application in OWM.

Remark: Clients who have no in-force policies in CFS on or before 4th Mar 2022 are not eligible for simplified transfer-in and will be required to submit a full set of necessary documents to complete the transfer-in process.

C. Required Documents
For Life Insurance Policies and MPF Schemes, please submit below documents:
- eForm – you may now use the new function to repopulate CFS policy details in OWM eForm (Life Insurance / MPF).
- Customer Instruction
- Template is subject to individual providers’ requirements, please refer to Table 1 and Table 2 for details.
- Please provide separate customer instructions for each provider.
- For multiple policies under the same provider, you may include all the policy numbers in the same customer instruction.
- For those providers which accept “soft copy” as stated in the last column of Table 1 and Table 2, client is required to physically “signed” the customer instruction with pen. Then you may scan the signed customer instruction together with eForm and email to [email protected].
- The company reserves the right to reject the submission that is of low image quality.
