Important Notice:
- Effective from Jan 9, 2023, consultant with active OnePartner account, can submit NB application through OnePartner(ePOS).
- Application forms and related documents MUST be submitted to China Life within 14 calendar days after application sign date; While for PRC applicants, the applications must be submitted to China Life within 7 working days after sign. Please submit the completed application documents to SOD 2 working days before noon for meeting China Life’s deadline for processing.
- ePOS will locate the IP address for confirming the e-submission must be signed and completed in Hong Kong.
- E-submission NB submission workflow. Details, please refer to OnePortal Memo.
- For NB documents submitted through ePOS, please add remarks “E-submission” and Application No. (要保書編號) on ARCH eForm and submit internal documents to SOD counter or NB Drop Box for checking. (Updated: 11 Apr 2024)
